Because makhana is a food product, we accept returns only for damaged, leaking or incorrect shipments.

How to raise a request

Write to rkexports2024@gmail.com or call +91 99034 16611 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the pack and outer carton.

What we replace

We replace sealed packs that arrived damaged or differ from the confirmed order. Opened packs in good condition cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
